I spent most of today working on a new app for the site, so that I can re-post my birding life list, and make it searchable in different ways.

If you want a sneak peak, you can have a look at sandcurves.com/birdlist/ to see how it looks.  Comments are more than welcome.

I also spent some time playing with my boys.  The new house that we have moved into has a number of flower beds sort of sectioned off, currently with nothing in them.  While we stay here I hope to build a great garden… and even did some work on it today.  But, for now, it is also great to have a place to dig.  It takes me back to my childhood when my brother and I built these massive places outside to play with our cars.  We would tunnel and build bridges and all sorts of thing.  So I spent some time today doing the same with my kids.

This evening is the final of the world cup.  I have hardly watched any of it (been to busy with my websites), but I will watch tonight.  The thickest or my very mixed blood is Dutch, so I guess I support the Dutch tonight.  Now, were is my vuvuzela…
