Give Blood

As I am getting nearer to going on tour again, I am trying to finish the things that I am working on and resisting starting up new projects. It is a nice process because you find yourself having time to do some of the things you haven't got around to.
So, today I went to donate blood. I'm not a good needles person, but, I guess I am better than many.
So, that was my good dead for the day - parting with something like 480 ml of my blood. I only put this post up because I think it is an important thing to do, and for many people it isn't the fear of doing it that stops you as much as just not getting around to it (just like me). So, if you have been meaning to give blood and can spare a little time, go donate a little of your blood and potentially save a life.
