Updating Django Tutorial and Birdlists
Posted on September 24, 2010Django provides you with a great tool for irritating yourself and giving you a sense of guilt. It is the automatic emails you can have it send to yourself each time someone does something on your website that causes an error. So, you know they are there, and you have to do something about them.
So, it is about time that I give this website the attention it deserves. It isn't really all procrastination, I've had other things to work on - other non-work things, but now it seems I am done with that.

I haven't had analytics set up for the site, but I am increasingly curios about how many people visit the site and what are the referring sites. But, simply through errors, I can see that a number of people are visiting the blog engine tutorial. So, I thought I have to get it all up to scratch.
So, I think over the weekend and the whole of next week I'm going to be in fix-it mode. I'll probably talk here about some of what I am up to, but unless some stroke of inspiration hits me, or you ask me about something (email or in comments) I'm not going to be doing much blogging.
I have things to fix on see-namibia.com and on africanbushstories.blogspot.com - enough to keep me busy for some time.
